How A Transit Build Works
Fully supplied: we source the van, build it to your spec and hand you the keys. Upgrades only: you bring your own Transit and we fit the packages you choose. Either way the process is the same.
- Got a colour in mind? Our in-house body and paint team can mix any colour in any finish. Gloss, matte, metallic or 3-stage pearl.
- Choose your wheel and tyre package. Load-rated wheels built for commercial and converted vans, with tyre sizing to suit.
- Select your upgrades. Interior, camper conversion, performance, styling and accessories. Mix and match from the price lists below.
- We handle the rest. Once the spec is confirmed we set a date and get to work building your van.

Full Camper Conversions & One-Off Van Builds
The brochure is the menu, not the limit. We build full campers from pop top to plumbing, one-off show vans and fleet liveries. If there is an upgrade you want that is not listed, ring us. The answer is very likely “of course, we can sort that for you”.
Transit Custom Package FAQs
How much does a Transit Custom body kit cost?
Our full extension body kit is £827 plus VAT fitted, with subtle arch extensions at £320 plus VAT. Paint matching, splitters, spoilers and bumpers are quoted per build. Tell us the van and the look you want and we will price it properly.
Can you lower my Transit Custom or lift it?
Both. H&R lowering springs give a clean drop for £750 plus VAT. Bilstein B14 coilovers let you set the height for £1,270 plus VAT. If you want ground clearance for camping or the trail, the Eibach lift kit is £755 plus VAT.
Do you do Transit Custom camper conversions?
Yes. The pop top roof conversion is £4,500 plus VAT and opens up the space. Beds, kitchens, night heaters, power and solar are then built to suit how you travel. Full conversions are quoted individually.
Which Ford Transit models can you build?
The current and previous generation Transit Custom is our bread and butter, and we build the full-size Transit and Transit Connect too. Wheels are load rated for the van, so payload is never compromised.
Can you supply the van as well as build it?
Yes. Choose the fully supplied route. We source the Transit, build it to your spec and hand it over ready to drive. Or bring your own van and we fit the upgrades you pick.
