My engine warning light is on, what does it mean?
A check engine light can mean anything from a loose fuel cap to a failing sensor or a real engine fault. The code narrows it down, but proper diagnosis is what identifies the actual cause. Bring it in and we will find out rather than guess.
Why do I need diagnostics if you can just read the code?
Because the code tells you the area, not the answer. Swapping the part a code names often does not fix it, because the real cause can be wiring, another sensor or a mechanical issue. Proper diagnosis saves you paying for parts you did not need.
Can you find intermittent electrical faults?
Yes, and they are our favourite challenge. Intermittent gremlins take patience and proper testing, checking connections, earths and wiring under the conditions that trigger them, which is exactly how we track them down.
