Want a Ford Ranger body kit that looks mean and drives properly? That is the whole point of our Ranger custom packages. Every modified Ford Ranger we build starts with the right arches, lift and tyres. Every body kit, lift kit and wheel package is fitted in house. The same crew paints, fabricates and services the truck. No bolt-on kits from a catalogue with the arches rubbing on the first roundabout.
Start with the tyre size you want and we work backwards. That decides the arches, the lift and the wheels. Then you add the upgrades that suit how you use the truck. Remaps, roller shutters, hardtops, roof tents, side steps, audio and interior. The guide prices below come straight from our current Ford Ranger brochure. How A Ranger Build Works
Fully supplied: we source the Ranger, build it to your spec and hand you the keys. Upgrades only: you bring your own truck and we fit the packages you choose. Either way the process is the same.
- Got a colour in mind? Our in-house body and paint shop can respray the whole truck or match any accent you want.
- Choose your body kit, wheels and tyres. The arches you pick dictate the wheel and tyre package and whether the truck needs a lift.
- Select your upgrades. Interior, overlanding, performance, styling and accessories. Mix and match from the price lists below.
- We handle the rest. Paint, fabrication, fitting, geometry and a proper shakedown before it leaves the yard.

Ford Ranger Wheels, Tyres & Lift Kits
Tyre size is the first decision on any Ranger build. It sets the stance and it sets the rest of the spec. All three options run on 20 inch off-road rated wheels, with more designs and colours available on request.

Ford Ranger lift kits: 2″ suspension lift £580 + VAT, 2″ body lift £295 + VAT, or the full 4″ MDK lift package (2″ suspension plus 2″ body) £850 + VAT. Every lift is fitted with corrected geometry so the truck tracks straight and wears its tyres evenly.

Ford Ranger Remaps & Performance Upgrades
A Ford Ranger remap wakes the engine up without touching reliability. Stage 1 needs no other mods. Stage 2 wants an intake and exhaust. Stage 3 is a full build with sports cat or unrestricted DPF, intercooler and possibly injectors. We also do economy remaps, launch control, speed limiter removal and exhaust burbles.

Ranger To F-150 Conversions & One-Off Builds
The brochure is the menu, not the limit. We have been converting Rangers to F-150 spec for years and built the UK’s first Bronco front-end swapped Ford Ranger. The same workshop produced Eddie Hall’s Dodge RAM, The Beast, and a 1000hp widebody Mercedes C63. If you can sketch it on a napkin, we can build it.
Ford Ranger Custom Package FAQs
How much does a custom Ford Ranger build cost?
It depends on the tyre size, the arches and the upgrades you choose. Subtle extended arches plus a set of 31 inch tyres comes to around £1,440 fitted, plus VAT on the arches and before wheels. A full 35 inch build with MDK Mega arches, the 4 inch lift package and wheels runs to several thousand. Tell us the spec and we will price it properly.
Do I need a lift kit to run 33 or 35 inch tyres on a Ranger?
Yes. 33 inch tyres need a 2 inch lift as a minimum. 35 inch tyres need our 4 inch lift package, which combines a 2 inch suspension lift with a 2 inch body lift. 31 inch tyres fit without a lift.
Can you supply the Ranger as well as build it?
Yes. Choose the fully supplied route. We source the truck, build it to your spec and hand it over ready to drive. Or bring your own Ranger and we fit the upgrades you pick.
Which Ford Ranger models can you build?
Current and previous generation Rangers, including Wildtrak, Raptor and V6 models. Our wide arches are made in house, so fitment is matched to your truck rather than a generic kit.
Will a modified Ford Ranger still pass an MOT and be insurable?
Yes, when it is done properly. Our lifts are fitted with correct brake lines, geometry and headlight aim. Arches, lifts and larger tyres are modifications and must be declared to your insurer. We can provide a full spec sheet of what was fitted.
