Vehicle Wrapping In Scunthorpe, Fitted By People Who Care
A wrap is the fastest way to change the whole attitude of a car without touching the paint underneath. At Mad Dogg Kustoms we handle every stage of vehicle wrapping in-house: panel prep, precision cutting, fitting and final detail, all done at our Scunthorpe workshop by the same crew that customises everything from daily drivers to show builds.
Whether you want a full colour change, a matte black car wrap, a printed one-off design or van wraps for the whole fleet, you get honest advice on vinyl brands, finishes and cost before any panels come off. Owners bring us their cars from across Lincolnshire, Yorkshire and the rest of the UK.

How Your Wrap Comes Together
- Colour & design. Pick your finish from real samples, or work up a printed design proof with the crew until it looks right.
- Prep. Deep clean and full decontamination, badges and trims off where needed. Vinyl only goes on surfaces that deserve it.
- The wrap. Panels wrapped with edges tucked and seams hidden, not trimmed short where you will spot it later.
- Quality check. Heat-set, inspected panel by panel and signed off by someone who did not fit it.
- Aftercare. You leave with a care guide and a crew on the phone. Looked after, a quality wrap lasts for years.
Car Wrapping FAQs
How much does it cost to wrap a car?
Car wrap cost depends on the size of the vehicle, the finish you choose and whether it is a full or partial wrap. A quality full wrap is a multi-day job using premium vinyl, so beware of prices that look too good. Send us the car and the look you want and we will quote it straight.
How long does a car wrap last?
A professionally fitted wrap in quality vinyl typically lasts five years or more with sensible care. Hand washing, occasional detailing and parking out of harsh sun all stretch its life.
Is wrapping better than a respray?
They do different jobs. A wrap is reversible, protects the original paint and offers finishes paint cannot easily match. A respray is permanent and right for restoration or damaged panels. We do both in-house, so you get the honest recommendation, not the one that suits us.
Will a wrap damage my paint?
On healthy factory paint, no. A wrap actually shields the paint from stone chips and UV fading, and removal by a professional leaves the original finish intact. We always inspect and flag any weak paint before wrapping.
Do you wrap vans and commercial fleets?
Yes. Van wrapping and commercial vehicle wraps are a big part of what we do, from single sign-written vans to full fleet liveries, designed and fitted at our Scunthorpe workshop with minimal downtime.
