A custom motorcycle is not a shopping list of parts, it is a bike built around one rider. At Mad Dogg Kustoms a custom build starts with a conversation about how you ride, how you sit and what makes you grin, then everything from the frame to the final polish is done in-house to suit. No two leave the same, because no two riders are.
We take on ground-up custom motorbike builds and donor transformations alike: fabrication, engine work, wiring, paint and trim all under one roof, by the same crew. Whether you want a stripped-back brat, a hot-rod bruiser or something nobody has seen before, we build it properly and build it to ride, not just to photograph.

How Your Build Comes Together
- The vision. We talk about the bike in your head: style, stance, how you ride and what it needs to do. Sketches and a spec follow.
- Donor & plan. The right base chosen, or your bike assessed, then the build broken into stages with honest costs so nothing is a surprise.
- Fabricate & build. Frame mods, mounts and one-off parts made in-house, engine and running gear sorted, everything mocked up and test fitted.
- Paint, wire & trim. Bespoke paint, a clean loom and a seat built to fit you, all done under one roof by the same crew.
- Shake down & hand over. Set up, run in and road tested properly, then handed over with the story of the build and how to look after it.
Custom Build FAQs
How much does a custom motorcycle build cost?
It ranges enormously with the base bike, the amount of fabrication and the finish. A tidy donor transformation is far less than a ground-up one-off. We stage the build and price it honestly so you can spread it and always know where the money is going.
Can you build around a bike I already own?
Absolutely, and it is often the sentimental choice. We assess what you have, keep what is worth keeping and build the rest around it, so your bike becomes the custom rather than being sold on.
How long does a custom build take?
A full ground-up build is months, not weeks, because doing it properly takes time. We give you a realistic timeline up front and photo updates as it moves through each stage.
Will a custom bike still be road legal?
That is the plan from the start. We build with lighting, controls and standards that keep it road legal and, where needed, advise on registration and single vehicle approval so you can actually ride it.
Do you build bikes to ride or just to show?
To ride, always. A bike that looks incredible but rides badly is a failure in our book. Everything is set up, run in and proven on the road before it comes back to you.
