  1. The vision. How will you use it: weekend blasts, continental trips, daily duty? The spec is designed around real use, not a parts catalogue.
  2. Solid base first. The shell is assessed and restored to structural health before upgrades begin. No modern kit on crusty foundations.
  3. Engineering plan. Drivetrain, brakes, suspension, cooling and electrics specced as one system that works together, with parts availability checked.
  4. The build. Mechanical installs, wiring and fabrication done cleanly, with mock-ups and test fits so everything looks factory-possible.

It ranges as widely as the builds do. A brakes, suspension and cooling package on a solid car is accessible money, a full ground-up restomod with an engine swap is a serious project. We spec and stage the build around your budget so you always know where it is going.

Will modifying my classic ruin its value?

A well-documented, professionally built restomod on a car with plenty of survivors typically adds value and usability. For genuinely rare, matching-numbers cars we build reversible where possible and will honestly tell you if a car is too original to touch.

Can a restomod still be insured and taxed as a classic?

Yes, but modifications must be declared. Specialist classic insurers handle restomods routinely, often with agreed value policies. Substantial changes can affect historic vehicle tax status, and we will flag anything in the spec that would.

What are the most worthwhile restomod upgrades?
